ご一緒に宿泊される皆さまにも内容をお伝えいただき、すべてのルールに同意いただいたうえで、ご予約をお願いいたします。

These rules apply to all guests
静けさに、敬意を
20:00〜翌朝7:00は、特に静かにお過ごしください。大きな声での会話や大音量での音楽、パーティー、玄関前や屋外での長話・飲食はお控えください。夜間や早朝に外出・帰宅される際は、スーツケースの音やドアの開閉音にもご配慮をお願いいたします。
From 8 pm to 7 am, do not speak loudly, play loud music, hold parties, or linger talking or eating outside or at the entrance. Move suitcases and open and close the door quietly, especially at night and early morning.
路地に息づく、日々の暮らし
玄関前の路地は、子どもたちの通学路でもあります。子どもや歩行者の通行を優先し、道をふさがないようにしてください。玄関前や路地での立ち話、飲食、荷物の整理はおやめください。
This narrow lane is used by schoolchildren. Always give children and pedestrians priority and keep the road clear. Please do not stop to chat, eat or drink, or sort your luggage outside the house.
旅の送り迎えに、心配りを
タクシーや送迎車をご利用の際は、事前にご案内するヒマラヤ杉付近の場所で乗り降りをお願いいたします。家の前の道は狭いため、車での進入はご遠慮ください。玄関前や路地で車を待たせたり、荷物を積み下ろしたりしないようお願いいたします。
Use the designated pick-up and drop-off point near the Himalayan cedar tree. Do not direct taxis or other vehicles into the narrow lane, have them wait outside the house, or load and unload luggage in the road.
美しい街を、そのままに
ごみは、室内に設置している所定のごみ箱へお入れください。回収・処分は私どもで行いますので、屋外や地域のごみ集積所には出さないでください。
Please use the designated bins inside the house. Do not leave rubbish outside or at neighborhood collection points. We will arrange its collection and disposal.
澄んだ空気を、分かち合う
建物内・敷地内はすべて禁煙です。周辺の道路での喫煙や、吸い殻のポイ捨てもおやめください。また、香りの強いものを持ち込んだり使用したりする際も、周囲へのご配慮をお願いいたします。
Smoking is not allowed in the house or on the property. Please do not smoke on nearby streets or discard cigarette butts. Avoid strongly scented products that may affect neighbors.
百年の歳月を、次の誰かへ
室内へは、玄関で靴を脱いでお上がりください。古い建具や床、書画・美術品などを大切に扱い、展示品には許可なくお手を触れないようお願いいたします。ろうそくなど、火を直接使うものの使用は禁止しています。破損や不具合に気づかれた際は、すぐにお知らせください。
Remove your shoes and treat the house, fittings, and any displayed artworks or antiques with care. Do not touch displayed items without permission or use candles or other open flames. Report damage or problems promptly.
顔の見える、安心のために
ご宿泊される皆さまの本人確認と、宿泊者名簿への登録をお願いしています。登録されていない方のご宿泊や、事前の許可なく宿泊者以外の方を招き入れることはお断りしています。海外からお越しの方には、ご予約時にご案内する方法で、パスポートの写しのご提出をお願いいたします。
We verify the identity of all guests and maintain a guest register. Unregistered overnight guests and unauthorized visitors are not allowed. Guests arriving from overseas will be asked to provide a passport copy through the method explained during booking.
お隣の暮らしに、そっと心を
お越しの際は、事前にお送りする道順と入口のご案内をご確認ください。お隣の敷地や玄関先には立ち入らないようお願いいたします。ご近隣の皆さまが安心して暮らせるよう、プライバシーへのご配慮をお願いいたします。
Follow the directions to our entrance and check the property boundary. Do not enter neighboring private property or approach your neighbors’ doorways. Respect their privacy and daily life.
ご近隣の皆さまの暮らしと建物を守るため、ルールに反する行為があった際は、その旨をお伝えし、改善をお願いいたします。
お願いしても改善いただけない場合や、安全を脅かす行為、ご近隣に著しいご迷惑をかける行為があった場合は、ご滞在中でもご利用をお断りし、退去をお願いすることがあります。
この家での滞在を皆さまに気持ちよく楽しんでいただくため、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
To protect our neighbors and the house, we will ask guests to stop any breach of these rules promptly.
If the behavior continues, or if a serious incident threatens safety or significantly disrupts our neighbors, we may require guests to end their stay and leave the property, even during their reservation.
